How much lead time do you need? Sometimes we can be out that day, other times we need a month. It depends on our schedule and the nature and location of your job.

What if I don't like what you produce? Hopefully, you will have a good idea about the quality of our product from our websites and samples. We have testimonials for you to see. I have never had a dissatisfied customer.

If I hire you to shoot at my event, can I also use your photos for my website or newspaper advertising? Of course the photos are available for all your needs. Generally, I retain ownership of the photo and you acquire various usage rights.

What sort of equipment do you use? We use Canon cameras with IS lenses. We also set up a tv or laptop gallery for people to observe shots taken earlier in the event. We offer time slots for on-site portraits.

What's your background? We have been doing photography for many years and have acquired a lot of experience. This experience helps us in most situations. Also, the main photographers have college degrees in photography.

We can assess a situation to see if we have the equipment and expertise. If we need to supplement, we have a network of freelance photographers and equipment rental connections so that we have what we need when the day comes. We've had enough experience to make a good analysis.

We come as photojournalists to "record" an event, or we're hired to shoot individual performances and make the photos available for sale. We also do portraits of people and animals - and I especially love doing portraits of dogs and cats.

As a client, i want to make my online gallery available to other viewers. Can I do this? Of course. They would have access through your password.

Can you provide references and testimonials? we will happily connect you with one of our customers who has hired us for a similar job.

Do we need a contract? Yes, for most services.

Do I have to pay a fee in case of cancellation? We will have a contract, so we will have worked this out ahead of time. Usually, if I've commited the time on the calendar and you cancel, then you will have to pay a cancellation fee. But this depends on the circumstances.

What if the photos are damaged in the mail? We package properly. We cannot be responsible for what the mail services do.

As a client, you will have a private online gallery space to view your shots. Some of these galleries are available for viewing by the public.

Riverbend Photo Services retains all rights to the use of photos on this site.  Federal copyright laws prohibit duplication of images in any form without express and written permission.

After obtaining written permission to use the photo, a user must place next to or on the image the copyright symbol and name of Riverbend Photo Services or of affiliate Tania Evans Media. Any website use must link to our site Riverbend Photo Services or to Tania Evans Media.  Similarly, credit must be given us and contact information on publication anywhere.

Written permission is required for use of a purchased photo on another website or in print for personal promotion and a transfer-of-use fee will be applied.
